CHANGES TO THIS ISSUE A technical note titled 'Flow of funds matrix' appears on page 6. Following ongoing quality assurance work a number of data quality issues have been identified with table 37 - National capital accounts by sector and subsector. This table will be unavailable until further notice. However, capital accounts by sector will continue to be published as part of table 22 - flow of funds matrix. SIGNIFICANT EVENTS The Central bank, banks, securitisers and bond market tables include estimates for internally securitised paper. Please refer to page 6 of the December quarter 2008 release for the ABS treatment of these securities. There were no significant privatisations impacting the aggregates this quarter. There are a number of series breaks between June quarter 2005 and September quarter 2005 as a result of revisions undertaken during the September 2009 release of the Financial Accounts. These series have yet to be backcasted to June quarter 1988, the beginning of the time-series. If you would like more details regarding these series, please contact us on our inquiries line. REVISIONS IN THIS ISSUE There have been revisions back to December 2008 to previously published aggregates due to quality assurance work undertaken with data providers to the ABS Survey of Financial Information, ABS Survey of International Investment and APRA administrative data sets. INQUIRIES For further information about these and related statistics, contact the National Information and Referral Service on 1300 135 070 or Tom Lay on Canberra (02) 6252 5574, email <national.accounts@ abs.gov.au>.
